The closed beta testing of Android 10 for Asus Zenfone 5Z is now open to everyone. Last August Asus started the closed beta testing for the latest Android OS to one of its flagship device.
Users can now directly download the update file and flash on their Zenfone 5Z. The phone was launched back in 2018. This update is almost close to stock android and is based on Zen UI 6. There are few Asus specific features. Users who already installed closed beta update should have already got this update. If not, you can download and flash this version (v100.04.44.67). This update also brings October 2019 security patch.
About the update it is based on latest Android 10 with system wide dark mode and gestures. Asus specific features includes Game genie, native screen recorder and one hand mode.
There is no news on when the stable build will be released. This beta build might have some bugs so you bear in mind before installing.
