The flagship killer company is ready to launch its third flagship device as well as the fourth device of the company. Carl Pei the co-founder of the Chinese flagship killer company in an interview with the CNET said that the Oneplus 3 will be launched in the second quarter.
He further added that "the new phone will feature a new design from its predecessor Oneplus 2 which he thinks should captivate the users interests like the first device of the company Oneplus One did". Though the Oneplus 2 had a good sale in the market than the Oneplus One the users perception for the device had changed a lot which the company noticed.He believes that the new device will atleast give that special feeling to the buyers like the Oneplus One.
Carl Pei also revealed the company's plans for pushing in the US market with the Oneplus 3 and they are also in plan of adopting the old traditional forms of marketing.This hints that the company is in plan of dropping the invite system which actually makes very hard for the buyers to get the device in their hands.I personally thinks this is a good move from the company.The company did not revealed the sales count but said that they are having about 8,00,000 active users in their forums who supports the Oneplus community.
