Yes, you read it right, a 16000 mAh battery on a smartphone. Energizer is a company which is well known for batteries. They produce batteries under the brand name Energizer and Eveready. Now under the brand name Avenir Telecom, Energizer is going to unveil a new smartphone named Energizer Power Max P16K Pro in the MWC 2018.
So talking about the specifications of the device, the main USP of the device is its battery which is 4 times bigger than the battery capacity of smartphones these days. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio P25 64 bit processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. The device boasts a massive 128 GB of internal storage. There is no news about the additional storage facility. On the front, it has a 5.99 inch 18:9 aspect ratio display with 2160 x 1080 resolution display.
In the camera section, the Energizer Power Max P16K has a dual camera setup with a 13 MP and a 5 MP sensor. For selfies, the device has an 8 MP shooter. Except for the MediaTek processor, the Energizer Power Max P16k Pro has everything more than adequate.
Energizer promises for an ultra-thin device, but considering the fact that it has a massive 16000 mAh battery we can’t expect a super slim device, maybe a little less than 12 mm thickness.
Additional device details are to be revealed at the MWC 2018 which is going to be held from 26th February to March 1st.
This is not the first smartphone to come with a massive battery capacity, previously Ulephone Power 3 Max had a 13000 mAh battery.
